Falling in Love

Posted by Nancy Morrall on 26th Jan 2016

The New Year is the perfect time to start posting to my blogging on a regular basis. After months (okay, a year) of trying to put into words my love of Ireland, I thought I would start with a few things that had me fall in love with Ireland!

Scenery

Wherever you are in Ireland, you aren’t far from picture perfect scenery. Whether along the coast on the Dingle Peninsula, or in the green hills of the Wicklow Mountains, the stunning views are sure to take your breath away.

People

What can I tell you that hasn’t already been mentioned about the Irish? Friendly, funny, storytellers, musical, just to name a few! We have met so many lovely people during our travels it is a big part of what makes us keep going back to Ireland year after year!

Food and Drink

Sometimes it’s best to let pictures do the talking. It’s a good thing Ireland has hundreds of hiking trails, walking tours, etc. that encourages and active lifestyle, even while on holiday!
